Gyproc Xpert Stucco Gypsum Plaster is suitable for application like bull marks, level strips, POP punning etc. Its enhanced setting (10 minutes) helps in controlling the on-site wastage of the product as compared to local POP which has a setting time of 5-6 minutes.

The product is ideal for POP punning application on sand cement plaster surface providing you with a perfectly flat surface ready for painting.

Gyproc Elite-90 is a gypsum-based one coat plaster suitable for plastering application on most internal backgrounds including bricks, blocks, and concrete. It contains perlite as lightweight aggregate which helps provide a class leading coverage of 90 m /MT. It facilitates 2 times faster application than S/C plaster 2 and 1.5 times faster than local POP. An environmentally friendly product which saves potable quality water as no water curing is required while reducing the structural load on the building (50% lighter than conventional S/C plaster).

Application Procedure:

• Gypsum plaster should be added to water not vice-versa until a homogeneous mixture is attained. (Water gypsum ratio 70 % )
• Apply Gypsum plaster on the wall and trowel the surface progressively till you attain a smooth finish.
• The recommended thickness of the Gypsum plaster is 10-15 mm.
• Finished surface should be protected from continuous exposure to moisture as it may cause loss of strength.
• Paint should be applied on the surface after the surface is completely dry

Storage:

• Shelf life of sealed pack is 3 months.
• Use the material before 7 days once the bag is open.
• The pack should be kept away from damp places and stored in a moisture free environment.

Packaging:

• Moisture proof, fully sealed and tamper proof packaging available in 02, 25 and 40 Kg. packs.

Saint Gobain Gyproc Supreme 68, one coat gypsum plaster is a replacement of traditional sand cement plaster and is suitable for application on most internal surfaces including brick, block and concrete. Light weight aggregates like “Vermiculite” and special additives are included to enhance coverage, setting time and workability.
Gyproc Supreme 80 can directly replace sand cement plaster in all the internal plastering application providing smooth and levelled walls.
