How To Apply:

• Make the surface clean, free of debris and oil. Chasing should be completely filled
• Apply the first layer of base coat over the entire surface.
• Apply the mesh from the top to the bottom of the wall by pressing it into the first layer of the base coat (starting from the centre then out to the side).
• Apply the rest of the base coat keeping the mesh sandwiched between the two coats
• Apply at least 3 mm of upper coat material on top of the base coat

Gyproc Easi-Fill® Quick Set is a gypsum based powdered Finishing Plaster with a setting time of 5 to 10* minutes.

Application:Gyproc Easi-Fill® Quick Set is a gypsum based powdered Finishing Plaster with a setting time of 5 to 10* minutes.Gyproc Easi-Fill® Quick-Set is designed for quick jointing & finishing of Gypsum board.

Process:First Coat:

• Using an applicator / Trowel, fill the recess formed by the edges of the sheets with Gyproc Easi-Fill® Quick-Set.
• Centre the paper tape along the joint and using a Taping knife / Trowel press the tape down into the Easi-Fill® Quick-Set ensuring no air bubble remain behind the tape.
• Immediately apply a thin coat of Easi-Fill® Quick-Set over the surface of the tape (100-150 mm wide).
• Allow it to dry

Second Coat:

• Apply a second coat of Gyproc Easi-Fill® Quick-Set with an Applicator / Trowel.
• Ensure that this coat extends outside the area of the first coat (200-250 mm wide).
• Allow to thoroughly dry and scrape back any build-up of compound along the joint.

Third Coat:

• Apply a finishing coat of Gyproc Easi-Fill® Quick-Set with an Applicator / Trowel
• Joint edges should be feathered at least 50 mm beyond the edges of the previous coat.
• Allow to dry. Lightly sand in the same direction as the joint using finer sandpaper.

Application

• Gyproc® joint paper tape designed for reinforcing vertical, horizontal joints and for internal and external corner joints.

Gyproc® Fiber Tape is a pre-glued perforated tape designed to eliminate the need for a prebedding coat of jointing compound. It helps the applicator to conceal and create smooth finish without blisters or bubbles.

Application:
Gyproc® Fiber Tape allows the Drywall finisher to simply stick the tape over a drywall joint and finish it using jointing compound. Gyproc recommends to use this only on vertical applications.
